Singapore’s MediaCorp names fund recipients

Six projects have been chosen to received pilot funding from MediaCorp’s S$5 million-dollar (US$3.95 million) Content Innovation Fund. Each project will receive between S$15,000 and S$50,000 (US$11,800 and US$39,500). China bans sex-related ads on radio, TV

China’s top broadcasting watchdog on Wednesday ordered a ban on sex-related advertisements on the country’s radio and TV. In a circular issued Wednesday, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) demanded greater self-discipline from radio and TV stations in handling commercials.
